Shipping Policy

We offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $250. 

For orders under $250, we offer standard shipping within Canada. Prices and timelines will be determined at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order.

Need a package quicker? No problem! We offer expedited shipping within Canada for $23. Your package will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

We use Canada Post for all our orders. Some post-pandemic shipping delays are still to be expected. During busy seasons and the holidays you may experience delays. Please reach out to us directly if you have further questions or specific requests. We appreciate your patience as we are a very small team working hard behind the scenes to get your orders out as soon as we possibly can.


All orders are shipped from Toronto within 7-9 days of order confirmation. Post-pandemic shipping delays are still in effect. We use Canada Post for all international orders. 

For orders in the USA, we offer standard shipping for $25. Shipping times to the USA vary depending on location, approximate shipping time is 10-12 business days.


Choose “pick up” as your delivery method when checking out. Shopify is really going to want to use your last Shopify cart settings from ANY Shopify store you’ve visited recently, so we encourage you to double and triple check! You can always email us to let us know or leave a note if you’re unsure it’s working for ya.

We appreciate how excited you are to receive your order, so we do our best to prep and pack up your orders lickety split but do ask that you give us at least one business day (when we are in store), just in case we're swamped! Know that you will receive an email notification as soon as your package is heading out the door, or ready for pickup.

UPDATE: We are requesting that orders placed for pickup in the shop are retrieved within 30 days of pickup notification. We will reach out after around 2 weeks and again closer to the 30 days. 

Any orders not retrieved or otherwise arranged beyond the 30 days will be donated to one of several of our near and dear neighbourhood resources.

Lost or Damaged Orders

By placing an order with Frock, you understand that we are not responsible for delays or loss of items by our shipping provider, Canada Post. Frock is not held liable for items once they are shipped to your requested address.

We understand that accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo.
