HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY:

Thank you for shopping small this holiday season. All sale items are final sale. We only offer exchanges or store credit. All holiday exchanges must be made between January 6th - 20th, 2024. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and have tags attached. Please note we do NOT do returns.

Return Policy


We will accept full-priced merchandise in new condition (for store credit or exchange) only within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, the same conditions apply. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order and ship it back to us within 14 days.

Intimates and all sale items are final sale.


How to Request an Exchange

Email us at sales@frock.ca stating the reason for your exchange, along with your order number or name on the order.

Once we can confirm the exchange, you can mail your product to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

For international orders outside of Canada, please clearly mark the package as “Return of Goods” as we will not be able to accept the package if it has incurred duties or taxes. For both domestic and international orders, please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card.

 

Sales and Online Codes Policy:

Please be advised that we are unable to retroactively modify or refund orders in the event that a discount code is not applied during the purchase process. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate price matching for items purchased prior to a sale.
