Return Policy

We will accept full-priced merchandise in new condition for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, the same conditions apply. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order and ship it back to us within 14 days.


Intimates and all sale items are final sale.


*During the extended lockdown situation in our fair city, we have been doing our best to be flexible on our discounted item policies, allowing exchanges on sizes within the same style, etc. Please ask any questions and address any concerns with us prior to checkout. We’re here to help.



HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at sales@frock.ca stating the reason for your return, along with your order number.

Once we can confirm the return, you should mail your product to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

For international orders outside of Canada, please clearly mark the package as “Return of Goods” as we will not be able to accept the package if it has incurred duties or taxes. For both domestic and international orders, please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card.
