Thank you for shopping small this holiday season. All sale items are final sale. All holiday exchanges must be made in January of 2022 until the 15th. All items must have receipts or a credit profile, be unworn and undamaged. Please note we do NOT do returns.

We will accept full-priced merchandise in new condition for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, the same conditions apply. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order and ship it back to us within 14 days.
Intimates and all sale items are final sale.
How to Request a Return
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your return, along with your order number or name on the order.
Once we can confirm the return, you can mail your product to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.For international orders outside of Canada, please clearly mark the package as “Return of Goods” as we will not be able to accept the package if it has incurred duties or taxes. For both domestic and international orders, please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card.
